I am not a gambler, simply because I do not win. I am usually home by dark, I turn on my alarm when everyone is home, and invest conservatively because I am not a risk taker. And I don't enter contests.
But I decided to enter Tia's give-anyway. She has been a friend of mine for many years; we were Army nurses together, became mothers months apart, left the army months apart, and then started businesses at around the same time. So as you might have deduced, I concluded that a fabric giveaway from this woman's stash wasn't really a risk to enter, but another call to ignite my fabric addiction. There was no option but to enter.
And I won! For the first time ever!
And it couldn't have come at a better time. What better to reignite my mojo from my exhaustion from this winter's activities than soft fabric. I think those purples are just what I needed to bring me outside of my head. She even shared some of her most favorite batting with me, and I am simply dying to use it...
